Year 2013 is the year of divine celebration  Bible Precept: Nehemiah  8:10; Luke 1: 11; Esther 8:17; Revelation 21:1-27; Psalms 145; Exodus 34:22; Psalms 150:`-6 This is a year that many believers will celebrate, people around them will celebrate with them and they shall be celebrated.
